Most of the employees are ready to leave their jobs instead of coming to the office. After the coronavirus epidemic, the regular habit of working from home began. Now, most of the companies are calling them back to the office to do work. But Most of the Employees are already addicted to work from home culture, that they are ready to leave their jobs in exchange for pay praise. Recent Study stays 6/10 employees prefer to leave the job instead of going to the office. In the recent survey, probably 61% of employees declared that they would decline an offer to come to work for a pay scale hike.

The majority of Employees Stated that WFH has allowed them to find a good balance between personal and professional life. At Present, more than 30% of the white-collar employees of the company are WFH.but some studies state that more men than women got passing for promotion. and Nearly 70% of women study experiencing adverse effects from WFH. Whatever it may be, This number is much lower in men.

In my Opinion because of work-life balance people prefer working from home.
