About the Role:

We're hiring specialists for our Inhouse Customer Experience team to enhance customer support and optimize user experience through innovative solutions and efficient issue resolution.

Responsibilities:

  • Handle customer queries with integrity and a customer-first approach.
  • Resolve PhonePe account and transaction-related issues efficiently.
  • Flexibility to switch between phone and data channels as required.
  • Follow process guidelines for swift issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Contribute to process improvements and optimize support systems.
  • Educate customers on leveraging PhonePe services effectively.

Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Quick learner with strong customer orientation.
  • Active listener with good objection-handling skills.
  • Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
  • Proficient in English and Hindi; South Indian language skills preferred.
  • Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
  • 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
