About the Role:
We're hiring specialists for our Inhouse Customer Experience team to enhance customer support and optimize user experience through innovative solutions and efficient issue resolution.
Responsibilities:
- Handle customer queries with integrity and a customer-first approach.
- Resolve PhonePe account and transaction-related issues efficiently.
- Flexibility to switch between phone and data channels as required.
- Follow process guidelines for swift issue resolution and customer satisfaction.
- Contribute to process improvements and optimize support systems.
- Educate customers on leveraging PhonePe services effectively.
Ideal Candidate Qualifications:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Quick learner with strong customer orientation.
- Active listener with good objection-handling skills.
- Team player with flexibility and adaptability.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and manage time effectively.
- Proficient in English and Hindi; South Indian language skills preferred.
- Graduation (10+2+3) is mandatory.
- 0-2 years of experience in a customer-facing role.
