This position involves interaction with various internal teams across APAC, EMEA, and AMER. You will help resolve IT issues for Amazon’s internal customers and Amazon Lockers using ITIL-based tools. The role requires rotational shifts and provides a 24x7 support environment.
Job Responsibilities
- Communicate effectively with internal customers and teams.
- Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to maintain consistency and efficiency.
- Troubleshoot and resolve issues on end-user devices like desktops, laptops, printers, and scanners.
- Basic understanding of Windows and Linux operating systems for troubleshooting.
- Ensure adherence to Service Desk goals like SLA, CSAT, and incident management.
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree or Diploma.
- 0 to 18 months of work experience.
- Good communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Basic understanding of ITIL-based Ticketing and Monitoring Tools.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
