Job Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with Product and Design teams to design, code, test, and deploy software solutions for real-world business challenges.
- Scale the Business Spend Management platform, balancing a unified codebase with microservices flexibility.
- Identify elegant solutions to complex problems.
- Work in an agile development environment, incorporating best practices like unit testing and code reviews.
- Consistently explore ways to improve platform performance, processes, and customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with support teams to resolve customer issues.
Eligibility Criteria:
- 2020–2024 batch graduates with a degree in Computer Science, IT, or related fields (B.E/B.Tech/M.Tech/MCA).
- Minimum aggregate of 60% or above.
- Proficient in coding, data structures, and programming principles (SOLID).
- Experience with backend technologies (Ruby, Python, Go) and frontend (React, JavaScript) is preferred.
- Strong problem-solving skills and a passion for technology and innovation.
Learning and Development:
- 1 Month: Complete onboarding, learn web programming basics (backend, frontend), and collaborate on your first task.
- 3 Months: Understand the tech stack, participate in product development, and engage in support engineering.
- 6 Months: Ship full features, mentor peers, and optimize technology systems.
- 12 Months: Own major feature areas, collaborate cross-functionally, and make visible impacts on the product.
