Job Description:
We are looking for a Junior Engineer – GBS Engineering to join our team at Flextronics in Coimbatore. The role involves supporting New Product Introduction (NPI) and Engineering Change Order (ECO) management processes.
Requirements:
- B.E. in EEE/ECE with 0-2 years of experience in NPI/ECO Engineering, preferably in EMS.
- Hands-on experience in NPI, ECO, BOM (Bill of Materials) management.
- Proficiency in PLM software linked to ECO processes.
- Strong communication skills, both written and spoken, in English.
- Proficiency in MS Office and analytical skills.
- Mentorship and conflict resolution skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create part numbers for BOM in Agile & Baan systems.
- Release ECO changes and manage updates with global manufacturing sites.
- Collaborate with engineering teams on product modifications and ECO reviews.
- Respond to queries related to ECO processes and ensure target adherence.
