Job Description
As a Support System Analyst at Oracle, your key role is to provide post-sales support to our customer base. You’ll be responsible for solving customer issues through phone and electronic communication. You'll also assist with technical queries related to our Electronic Support Services. As the main point of contact for customers, you will facilitate customer relationships, manage escalated issues, and advise Oracle employees internally on complex situations.
Required Skills:
- Strong focus on Customer Satisfaction and Customer Service
- Proficiency in Linux and SQL (Structured Query Language)
- Excellent Troubleshooting abilities
- Capability to Work Independently
Responsibilities:
As a Systems Engineer, you will interface regularly with customer IT staff, resolving complex technical issues related to the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of Oracle products. You’ll work either from client locations or remotely and should possess knowledge of some Oracle products and at least one supported platform. General guidance from senior engineers and management will be provided, but you are expected to work independently in certain areas.
