Job Overview:
As an Associate Consultant (SAP PM GM), you will:
- Support customers in the Talent Management Process.
- Understand client requirements and provide recommended solutions for appraisal and succession processes.
- Participate in at least two or three end-to-end implementations of SuccessFactors PMGM / Succession & CDP modules.
- Familiarize yourself with the latest Goal Management Module.
- Gather and analyze clients' business requirements.
- Configure and design SuccessFactors and related systems based on HR best practices.
- Provide documentation support for User Guides and Admin Guides.
- Knowledge of SAP HCM is an added advantage.
