Job Description:
As an Associate Support Engineer, your primary role is to manage service support inquiries from end-users. You will be responsible for troubleshooting networking problems and resolving issues related to Ethernet technologies in compliance with the Service Level Agreements (SLAs).
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and support tickets.
- Troubleshoot Ethernet networking issues and provide necessary support.
- Maintain and support MS O365, MFA, and other applications.
- Ensure support tickets are prioritized and handled within the SLAs.
- Collaborate with internal teams to solve engineering-related issues.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor's/Master’s Degree in Engineering or a related field.
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Ethernet networking support.
- Strong understanding of network routing, switching, and troubleshooting.
- Good communication skills and proficiency with MS Office tools.
- CCNA or JNCIA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
