Job Responsibilities
- Provide support to the Building Automation Sales Group in designing solutions for building systems.
- Prepare sales estimates including project take-offs, scope of work creation, and risk analysis.
- Develop Bill of Materials (BOM), Scope of Work (SOW), and final project proposals.
- Coordinate with sales and procurement teams for vendor quotations and customer proposals.
- Assist in cost review and technical handover meetings with the operations team.
- Document and manage estimates, proposals, and project specifications effectively.
