- Gather and analyze requirements from business, planning, and regulatory teams
- Create comprehensive network design and architecture plans for all business segments
- Develop operational strategies tailored to the specific function's needs

- Participate in vendor evaluation and validation processes
- Prepare detailed engineering plans for LTE, FTTH, and Enterprise networks
- Generate engineering documents for each network node and monthly operating plans for planned events
- Collaborate effectively with cross-functional team members
- Ensure strict adherence to standardized operating processes to achieve project objectives
