Fresh Graduates or Post Graduates in Engineering, Computer Science, or Computer Applications.
Experience in technical support, product support, maintenance, or working with international customers is a valuable asset.

Exceptional logical and problem-solving abilities.
Proficiency in Microsoft Word, Microsoft Excel, and SQL/Database Querying is essential.
