What you’ll be doing:
- Designing, building, and implementing scalable cloud-based systems for SaaS/PaaS
- Contributing to the technology stack and implementation methodology
- Collaborating with teams on new products/features or enhancements
- Driving performance tuning and automation
- Supporting, maintaining, and documenting software functionality
What we need to see:
- Pursuing BS or MS in Computer Science or equivalent from an accredited University/College
- Strong self-initiative, passion, interpersonal skills, and adaptability to new tech
- Hands-on development on projects involving highly distributed cloud-based RESTful web services
- Knowledge of cloud infrastructure, CI/CD, and cloud-scale software
- Skills in various languages including Java Spring Boot, Golang, C/C++, and Python
- Basic understanding of cloud design, virtualization, global infrastructure, distributed systems, load balancing, and security
Ways to stand out from the crowd:
- Experience in developing systems at cloud scale
- Understanding of building and deploying containerized services
- Background in container orchestration (Kubernetes/ECS/OpenStack)
- Ability to analyze data for studying cloud services and identifying improvement areas
