About the Role:
The IT Service Desk is a centralized team providing technical support to global clients. As a Graduate Trainee, you'll be part of a 15,000-strong team supporting 90 clients worldwide. The role involves troubleshooting IT issues, ensuring the smooth functioning of computer systems, and adapting to technological advancements such as AI chatbots and Robotic Process Automation (RPA).
Location:
Candidates must be flexible to relocate to Bengaluru, Chennai, or Kolkata based on business requirements.
Eligibility:
- 2021, 2022 & 2023 batch of any 3-year Graduation program (UG full-time degree).
- Candidates having 50% in X, XII, Diploma, or UG.
- Open to Indian nationals only.
- Flexibility in work locations, shift timings, and technology.
- Background verification is mandatory.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide first-line technical support to end-users, addressing IT-related issues and inquiries.
- Troubleshoot hardware and software problems, and collaborate with IT teams for prompt resolution.
- Maintain knowledge base articles and documentation for efficient problem-solving.
