Job Description of MoEngage Careers:
MoEngage is seeking an ambitious and talented Quality Assurance (QA) Automation Engineer to join our team in India. This position will play a key role in improving the functionality and user experience of our software products. The ideal candidate will have a strong understanding of both API and UI automation, with a bonus if they have experience in security and performance testing.
Optional Responsibilities:
- Execute security-based and performance-based testing as needed.
- Collaborate closely with the Product Development team to ensure that the software adheres to best coding practices.
- Apply analysis to testing results to recommend quality improvements and ensure optimal product functioning.
Desired Skills and Experience:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field of study.
- Proven work experience in the field of software quality assurance, preferably in a mid-sized product company.
- Extensive experience in software development and software QA.
- In-depth knowledge of API and UI Testing procedures.
- Hands-on experience with automated testing tools like Selenium, Appium, Playwright, Postman, etc.
- Basic knowledge of SQL and scripting.
