The Business Intelligence (BI) team within the Salesforce Customer Success Group (CSG) is looking for a highly technical and data-driven BI Analyst to join our team. This role involves leveraging technical expertise to extract, analyze, and present data-driven insights that drive customer success and business strategy.
Desired Skills and Experience
- Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in a quantitative field from an accredited university. An MBA is a plus but not required.
- Data Analysis: Experience in quantitative analysis, Excel proficiency, and logical reasoning.
- Data Visualization: Proficiency in data visualization tools like Tableau or similar.
- SQL: Intermediate skills in SQL for data extraction and analysis via Snowflake.
- CRM and Data Management: Familiarity with CRM systems and data management.
