Responsibilities
- Possess good knowledge and experience in the Quoting Process, preferably in the IT Support industry
- Understand concepts like Pricing, Discounts, Gross Margin, Purchase Order
- Have a clear understanding of roles such as Vendor, Seller, Buyer, Customer
- Interact with the sales team via chat or calls through Microsoft Teams/Webex
- Provide email support (inbound/outbound emails)
- Effectively interact with upstream and downstream teams
- Have a good understanding of Quotations Management process (Quote to Order)
- Demonstrate clear written and oral communication skills with internal customers
- Experience in working on ERP systems like SAP and web-based tools
- Work well with cross-functional teams
- Have good knowledge of KPIs and SLAs
- Maintain a high level of quality in your work
