Job Description

Pricing strategy is a vital part of our commercial operations, supporting the IGTD sales team with analytics and modeling to drive value creation and execute our strategic plans. Joining us means you can influence key decisions, accelerate business transformation, and enhance commercial operations and profitability.


Your Role:

  • Design and develop queries using internal and external databases to generate sales and profitability reports.
  • Manipulate large data sets to deliver clear, relevant financial information to stakeholders.
  • Conduct analyses to identify trends, issues, and opportunities for process improvements.
  • Identify ideal pricing structures and sales funnels.
  • Monitor contracts for consistency and pricing uniformity.
  • Manage contract compliance issues and prepare financial impact reports for bids and renewals.
  • Explore bundling opportunities to enhance sales and margins.

You're the Right Fit If:

  • Holds a Bachelor's degree and has 3+ years of experience in analytics, sales operations, finance, IT, etc.
  • Excellent organizational and time management skills.
  • Experience with sales teams, business intelligence, data visualization, and CRM tools.
  • Proficiency in Excel macros, Access, SQL, and advanced decision support tools.
  • Ability to perform the minimum physical, cognitive, and environmental job requirements with or without accommodation.

Philips Transparency Details

The pay range for this position is $66,000 to $100,000 annually. The actual base pay may vary based on various factors including experience, skills, and location. Additional compensation such as bonuses and long-term incentives may be offered. Our Philips Total Rewards benefits program includes PTO, 401k match, HSA contributions, stock purchase plan, and more. Typically, individuals are not hired at the top end of the pay range, and compensation decisions are based on various factors.
