Job Description
As a Data Associate I, ML, you will be responsible for providing timely and quality data annotation for a variety of workflows. This role involves repetitive tasks requiring quick decisions based on provided guidelines.
Key Job Responsibilities
- Meet business metrics and goals (SLA, production, quality targets)
- Work with minimal direction
- Maintain records of daily work by updating trackers or workflow tools
- Ensure output quality compliance by following SOP/guidelines or manager's instructions
- Contribute to project improvement and operational excellence ideas
- Provide timely responses to stakeholders as per SOP and defined SLA
- Proactively raise issues that may impact core deliverables or operations
- Analyze data, evaluate trends/patterns, and recommend generic patterns to be translated into rules
- Work with sensitive issues, including adult content, religious and philosophically sensitive issues, tobacco, weapons, and other potentially offensive products
- Troubleshoot issues related to process and conduct root cause analysis if required
- Familiarity with online retail (e-commerce) is a plus
