General Summary
As a Qualcomm Software Engineer, you will design, develop, modify, and validate embedded and cloud edge software. Collaborate with systems, hardware, architecture, and test engineers to design system-level software solutions.
Minimum Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Information Systems, Computer Science, or related field.
Preferred Qualifications
- 1+ year of experience with Programming Languages such as C, C++, Java, Python, etc.
- 1+ year of experience with Database Management Software.
- 1+ year of experience with API.
- 1+ year of work experience with Git, Perforce, or Source Code Management System.
Principal Duties and Responsibilities
- Design, develop, create, modify, and validate software applications and utility programs.
- Analyze user needs and software requirements.
- Participate in design, coding, unit testing, debugging, and integration efforts.
- Assist in code reviews, regression tests, and issue triaging.
- Collaborate with project teams to achieve project objectives.
- Write technical documentation for software projects.
