Job Description
As a DevOps Engineer at Sprinklr, your responsibilities will include:
- Ensuring smooth operation of the backend infrastructure by maintaining, monitoring, troubleshooting, and continuously improving systems.
- Enhancing and maintaining continuous integration infrastructure and services, including build, test, and package pipelines.
- Implementing solutions based on predefined frameworks and guidelines, while adhering to established processes.
- Assisting development teams in setting up and maintaining their continuous integration pipeline and tools.
- Helping in the installation and administration of operating systems, servers, and middleware.
- Scripting and automation using Perl/Python/Groovy/Java/Bash.
- Infrastructure automation using Ansible and other Infrastructure-as-Code (IAC) tools.
- Configuration and management of various data sources such as MySQL, MongoDB, Elasticsearch, Redis, Cassandra, Hadoop, etc.
- Developing a comprehensive understanding of TechOps processes.
- Building independent web-based tools, microservices, and solutions to scale the infrastructure effectively.
- Working with cloud-based infrastructure across Amazon Web Services, Microsoft Azure, and Google Cloud.
- Managing build and release processes across multiple environments.
