Job Description
Candidates must have completed their qualifications as regular scholars from UGC-approved and AICTE-recognized institutions. Correspondence courses, online courses, or part-time studies are not eligible. The qualifying course should be completed in 2024 without any backlogs, with a minimum of 70% in 10th, 12th, and their degree (including MCA/M.Sc in Computer Science). Candidates should not have appeared for score improvement in any academics and should not have more than a 1-year gap between any two academic programs since SSC. Eligible engineering streams include Computer Science, IT, Electronics & Communication, Telecom, Cybersecurity, or MCA/M.Sc (Comp. Science).
Academic Eligibility Criteria
- Completed the qualifying course in 2024 without any backlogs
- Minimum of 70% in 10th, 12th, Engineering degree, and MCA/M.Sc (Comp. Science)
- For candidates with a Diploma after 10th, a minimum of 70% in Diploma is mandatory. If both 12th and Diploma are completed, a minimum of 70% in both is required
- No score improvements in any academics
- No more than 1-year gap between any two academic programs since SSC
- Open only to Engineering graduates and/or MCA/M.Sc (Comp. Science) candidates who passed in 2024
- CGPA ratings must be converted to equivalent percentage grades as per university guidelines
Important Instructions

Candidates meeting the eligibility criteria will be invited for a virtual and proctored online test within 1-2 weeks from registration, followed by face-to-face interviews at Tech Mahindra offices. Ensure to check junk/spam emails as well. The registration ID and PIN will be sent to your registered email. Note these details for correspondence and test appearance. Incorrect details may result in ineligibility.
Additional Notes
- Get NOC/clearance to appear for the test if required by your current employer
- Experience acquired will not be recognized
- Six-month gap required between the last appearance for a Tech Mahindra recruitment drive and this registration
- Fill in personal particulars, contact details, academic credentials, and other critical information accurately
- Be flexible and ready to work in an agile environment on any type of projects at any location, including shifts
- No claims for reimbursement of expenses incurred for registration or test appearance
- Onboarding will be done in a phase-wise manner as per business requirements
