Role Overview:
As a System and Application Services Associate, you will help improve how our clients and the world work. You’ll operate in dynamic environments, using your skills to develop and support solutions that align with client requirements from analysis to implementation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- Non-engineering graduates like B.Sc., BCA, BBA, B.A, B.Com (Engineering streams like B.E/B.Tech/M.E/M.Tech or MCA/MSc (CS/IT) are not eligible).
- No active backlogs during application or onboarding.
- Completion of the relevant degree within the stipulated duration (e.g., BBA in 3 years).
- Must not have participated in Accenture’s recruitment process in the last 3 months.
- Maximum of 11 months of experience.
- Eligible to work in India with the necessary documentation (OCI/PIO for foreign nationals).
- Flexibility to work across different time zones/shifts and in any Accenture office in India.
Job Responsibilities:
Infra Managed Services:
- Manage on-premises and cloud-based infrastructure services and operations.
- Ensure IT infrastructure is reliable and secure.
- Continuously improve services and enhance operational effectiveness.
Application/Cloud Support:
- Support, monitor, and maintain applications and cloud systems.
- Use technical expertise to diagnose and resolve application issues.
Project Control Services:
- Enable program management to enhance the quality of Technology Delivery.
- Track and manage project activities within the Technology Delivery Centers.
- Manage multiple stakeholders to align priorities and direction.
Low/No-Code App Development:
- Develop applications using low-code platforms, tailored to client needs.
- Research and analyze internal business processes to optimize and automate them.
Quality Engineering:
- Create test designs, processes, and data for software testing.
- Analyze test results and communicate findings to the development team.
