Job Description
We are looking for a motivated young professional to join our team in Bangalore as part of the ComLIMS Program. This program includes internally developed web applications and additional services like reporting, data services, and Business Intelligence. These services are crucial for Eurofins laboratories worldwide, helping them deliver their offerings to clients efficiently. As a Junior Project Coordinator, you will track multiple projects' progress and handle various tasks to ensure the program's success.
Qualifications
- BA/BSc degree in business or science or a related field.
Requirements
- Proficient in Excel.
- Knowledge of SQL is advantageous.
- Experience with Microsoft SSIS or Excel VBA is beneficial.
- Strong critical thinking and attention to detail are essential.
- Fluent English communication skills; knowledge of another language is a plus.
- Ability to follow procedures precisely.
Responsibilities
- Maintain high data quality standards and support PMO offices in Belgium and India.
- Assist with user account creation activities.
- Manage license requests based on evolving needs.
- Audit KPIs, licenses, and other reports to ensure accuracy.
- Support team members with user segregation to different zones.
- Manage AD Groups and Distribution Lists as required.
- Organize internal trainings for team members as needed.
- Conduct internal and external surveys as required.
- Collaborate with Business Analysts and Software Developers for ad-hoc data extraction tasks.
