Job Description
We are seeking to hire an Associate Engineer – IT based in Chennai to join our exceptional team. This role involves providing comprehensive technical support to Human Resources across all global regions. You will be responsible for analyzing business requirements, offering technical solutions, and ensuring successful implementation of IT applications. Your daily tasks will include:
- Offering functional and technical support for HR systems worldwide.
- Analyzing and designing systems for new HR initiatives, including gathering requirements and troubleshooting issues.
- Configuring HR applications for processes such as Employee Self Service, Payroll, and Time and Attendance.
- Leading data requirements sessions, conducting data conversion, and performing audit compliance.
- Providing user acceptance testing (UAT) and ensuring smooth rollout and post-implementation support.
Skills & Qualifications
- Graduate in IT or related field with 0-2 years of experience.
- Experience as a Workday Technical Analyst, with a willingness to work with other HR software.
- Knowledge of Java, J2EE, XML, XPath, and XSLT is required.
- Understanding of web services (SOAP, WSDL) and their relationship to Schema.
- Proven ability to work in high-pressure environments and collaborate effectively with teams and clients.
- Strong problem-solving, analytical, and communication skills.
- Willingness to work in different shifts to support global users.
