Job Description:
As a Data Management Associate, you will:
- Monitor and maintain sample and store databases
- Manage various production input files
- Handle weekly, monthly, and ad-hoc data processing for a CPG client
Minimum Qualifications:
- Graduate (Any Bachelor's Degree)
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Willing to provide extended support & flexible work timings when needed
Preferred Qualifications/ Skills:
- Attention to detail and investigative skills
- Good interpretation and comprehension skills
- Quick learner with strong decision-making skills
- Customer-oriented with solution-focused approach
- Ability to prioritize and organize workload to meet SLAs and client deliverables
Job Responsibilities:
- Maintain sample and census databases, ACVs, and production input files
- Create weekly and back week projections
- Evaluate and create new geographies as per client requirements
- Conduct data investigations and data integrity analysis
- Support client queries and provide extended support as needed
- Gain a deep understanding of production activities for issue resolution and executing ad-hoc tasks
- Work independently on end-to-end processes
- Support Associates and Senior Associates as an SME
- Collaborate closely with clients to deliver quality and timely output
- Identify and implement improvement ideas with the team and clients
- Manage both process and non-process projects within the team
