Position: Graduate Engineer Trainee – Application Engineering India

Your Role:

  • Provide technical support to Power and Life Science customers in India, both on-site and virtually.
  • Conduct routine tests and analyses focusing on thermal interface materials, potting compounds, conformal coatings, encapsulants, and various adhesives.
  • Maintain technical expertise in line with the SBU/SU strategy.
  • Prepare test matrices, conduct tests using lab equipment, and analyze results.
  • Use digital tools like Albert, Nautilus, and ACE to submit detailed test reports.
  • Respond quickly to customer and field AE test requests, providing qualified reports.
  • Conduct all laboratory work safely, using proper PPE and adhering to site safety practices.
  • Manage adhesive dispensing equipment handling various chemistries, including HMA, TIM, Silicone, and more.

Your Skills:

  • 0-1 year of relevant experience, preferably in a laboratory or technical services role.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Polymer/Chemistry or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently, communicate effectively with lab members, and maintain organized records.
  • Proficiency in MS Office applications and a solid understanding of products related to assigned technologies.
  • Strong hands-on skills and competency with lab equipment.
