Key Responsibilities
- Generate and maintain Bill of Materials (BOM) for the Design Engineering Service Line - Automation and Fire.
- Ensure accurate and up-to-date BOMs, including materials from Siemens and third-party vendors.
- Collaborate with operational teams and interact with various stakeholders.
- Utilize Smart Infrastructure Parts to gather common materials and pricing information.
- Associate quotes with line items in SAP and update Sourcing Approval Forms (SAF) as needed.
- Prioritize BOM requests in collaboration with team leads and re-estimate for Design Engineers.
- Handle automation tasks like DT to SAP BOM transfer and manage any missing or third-party materials.
- Manage fire-related tasks, including entering materials in SAP according to fire deviation reports.
