Job Role and Responsibilities
As a Software Engineer at Phenom, your main responsibility will be to design, develop, and maintain third-party implementations using our platform. You will need strong hands-on skills in implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting. You’ll frequently collaborate with technical solution managers, delivery managers, quality assurance teams, and other stakeholders. Occasionally, you may engage in discussions with our customers, partners, and third-party vendors.

Work Experience and Skills
- Experience in system analysis and problem-solving.
- Proficiency in coding, unit testing, and troubleshooting in Java, Spring Boot, REST, SOAP, JSON, MongoDB, JavaScript, HTML, and CSS.
- Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas clearly.
- Experience in Agile/Scrum methodologies and working on multiple customer projects.
- Fluency in English.
- Ability to work closely with product owners and designers.
- Being a contributor to open-source projects is a plus.
