Job Description
Join our Turbine Control Software Module within Product Applications & Controls R&D. As a software development enthusiast, you'll contribute to our mission of accelerating the shift towards renewable energy. If you're passionate about developing software solutions and want to manage the full lifecycle of Vestas wind turbine functionalities, this role is for you.
Qualifications
- Strong knowledge of Object-Oriented & State-based software design in real-time embedded systems.
- Proficiency in C++ development.
- Experience with scripting languages such as Python & SQL.
- Familiarity with control systems using MATLAB Simulink (non-mandatory).
- Understanding of Continuous Integration tools like Git, Jenkins, Atlassian suite.
- Educational Qualifications: B.Tech / B.E / M.Tech / M.E – CSE, ECE, EEE.

- Provide engineering solutions for the Turbine Control Software product portfolio.
- Support the expansion and creation of new products.
- Address and solve issues reported from the field related to turbines in operation.
- Support the service technical team globally to maintain the turbine fleet.
- Collaborate closely with system leads to develop solutions for turbine personal systems.
- Verify solutions at all levels, including software tests and field verification.
- Document and present work clearly to both internal and external stakeholders.
