Role Purpose

The DevOps Engineer will work closely with application teams and developers to enhance coordination between operations, development, and testing. The role focuses on automating and streamlining the integration and deployment processes, ensuring seamless delivery of technology in applications.


Job Responsibilities

  • Focus on continuous integration (CI) and continuous deployment (CD) within applications.
  • Plan and execute the DevOps pipeline, supporting the application lifecycle across the DevOps toolchain from planning to monitoring.
  • Manage IT infrastructure based on the requirements of supported software code.
  • Onboard applications on DevOps tools and configure them according to client needs.
  • Create user access workflows and manage user access as per defined processes.
  • Customize and engineer DevOps tools as per client specifications.
  • Collaborate with development teams to address coding and scripting needed for software release and infrastructure integration.
  • Use tools to automate testing and deployment in a DevOps environment.
  • Provide timely customer support on DevOps tools, ensuring resolution of raised tickets within a specified TAT.
  • Troubleshoot and perform root cause analysis of critical or repeatable issues.
