Job Description
The Software Engineer will work on industrial projects focusing on Simulation Modelling and optimization by developing custom software libraries.
- Assess current and future industrial system requirements and develop logistic and manufacturing simulation libraries in a Discrete Event Simulation environment.
- Utilize processes, methods, and tools dedicated to Industrial system design.
- Support Industrial Flow simulation modeling and address key Airbus industrial challenges by providing appropriate software libraries.
- Test the Industrial System Manufacturing Line design through pilot cases in plants/FAL’s following the Industrial deployment strategy using a ‘I do, we do, you do’ approach.
Required Skills
- Proficient in Software Programming, preferably Java
- Strong logical thinking
- Experience in software development, deployment, and testing
- Excellent problem-solving abilities
- Awareness of potential compliance risks and a commitment to act with integrity
