Job Description:
Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE University is looking for a Technical Trainer to join our global team in India. You will deliver training (live remote and on-site) to clients of ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting and related tax technology software solutions. Additionally, you will collaborate with various teams (Professional Services, Product Management, Engineering, Customer Success) to maintain and create training curricula in multiple formats.
Requirements:
- Degree in Finance, Tax & Accounting or similar
- Experience in a statutory reporting environment
- Chartered Accountant credentials (part or fully qualified)
- ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting knowledge (preferred)
- Customer-focused and revenue-generating mindset
- Strong verbal and written communication skills
- Ability to work independently
Job Responsibilities:
- Lead training sessions focused on Thomson Reuters ONESOURCE Statutory Reporting software applications
- Conduct workshops for multiple customers or single clients
- Deliver training remotely and onsite as needed
- Collaborate with clients and internal SMEs to identify training needs
- Create and improve training materials based on product updates
- Maintain training surveys and monitor feedback
- Manage travel arrangements for training sessions
