Job Description
- Deliver support and solutions to Oracle employees.
- Act as an advocate for customer needs.
- Facilitate customer relationships with Support.
- Provide advice and assistance on diverse customer situations.
- Provide level one support and maintain high customer satisfaction.
- Problem-solving with guidance on company policies.
- Technical interface for resolution of installation and maintenance issues.
Qualifications
- B.E/B.Tech in Computer Science, Management Information Systems, Science, Engineering, or Math with a 3.0 GPA.
- Alternatively, a functional degree plus a technical higher degree or 3 years professional experience with certifications (CNE, MCSE, CPA, Oracle, etc.).
- Experience in Project Management / Support methodologies (PMP, ITIL, DevOps).
- Knowledge of Windows, Mac, Linux OS and mobile devices.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office Suite, Confluence, Jira, Slack, and Endpoint Solutions.
- Basic network troubleshooting skills.
- Excellent communication skills in English/Spanish.
- Strong customer orientation and multitasking abilities.
- Proficient with Ticketing Systems (Jira Service Management).
- Willingness to work 24x7x365 support environment.
- Availability to work weekends (Saturday to Wednesday).
Responsibilities
- First point of contact for technical assistance via phone, chat, or in-person.
- Guide employees in using resources and applications.
- Install, configure, and support workstation software, hardware, and printers.
- Implement software upgrades and troubleshoot performance issues.
- Diagnose and solve hardware or software faults.
- Analyze issues and develop creative solutions.
- Liaise with laptop vendors to resolve hardware issues.
- Collaborate to resolve complex issues.
- Suggest improvements on procedures.
- Provide feedback to internal teams.
- Participate in testing and evaluating new technology.
