Job Description
The Support Engineer II at Amazon Payments ensures seamless processing for millions of transactions globally. This role will work with large-scale distributed systems and innovate to enhance customer experiences across numerous payment methods. You will troubleshoot and solve complex problems and be part of a dynamic team at the forefront of payment systems technology.
Basic Qualifications:
- 2+ years of software development or technical support experience
- Bachelor’s degree in engineering or equivalent
- Experience in troubleshooting and debugging technical systems
- Proficiency in Unix systems
