✅ Eligibility Criteria
- Qualification: Bachelor’s Degree (B.E./B.Tech) or Master's Degree (M.Sc).
- Eligible Streams:
- Engineering: EEE, ECE, Mechanical Engineering
- Science: Physics, Electronics, ECS
- Experience: 0 to 2 years of experience in NPI/ECO Engineering within a Manufacturing setup (Preferably EMS Industry).
- Skills: Excellent written and oral communication in English is MANDATORY.
- Batch: 2023, 2024, 2025, and 2026 batches are eligible to apply provided they have provisional certificates.
📝 Job Responsibilities
As a Junior Engineer - MPDM, you will be responsible for the following tasks:
- BOM Management: Creating part numbers for Bill of Materials (BOM) and Approved Vendor Lists (AVL) in Agile & Baan systems.
- Documentation: Downloading customer documents like product specifications and releasing them in the CDC.
- Change Analysis: Working as a Change Analyst during New Product Introduction (NPI) for new engineering changes.
- Production Release: Releasing part lists to production for new models and after the implementation of Engineering Change Orders (ECOs).
- ECO Management: Efficiently managing ECOs for manufacturing sites globally. Using Agile (PLM) systems for ECO creation, reviewing, routing, tracking, and releasing.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Working closely with Engineering and Materials teams to review product updates and modifications.
- Communication: Responding to Business Partners (requestors) and customers regarding queries related to Engineering Change Orders.
